  The Lytics in Practice: Clinical Expertise for Emergency Medicine Residents second Scholarship Program and Workshop was held at the 2007 ACEP (American College of Emergency Physicians) Scientific Assembly in Seattle, Washington. The program successfully brought together Residents, Junior Faculty and expert National Teaching Faculty for a full day of discussion and case presentation regarding the use of lytic therapy in the treatment of thrombotic emergencies.

Lytics in Practice is a dynamic program designed to provide Emergency Medicine Residents with education regarding the treatment of thrombotic emergencies. The program includes:

Scholarships to attend a Scientific Assembly

Interactive workshops for learning about the appropriate use of lytics for optimal, evidence-based management of thrombotic emergencies

Multimedia materials, including slide kits suitable for presentation at residency lectures and grand rounds
